PRIME LAMB PRODUCTION AT ITS BEST

Marloo is traditionally a fine wool growing property that has been developed into one of the best 1700 ac Prime lamb production facilities in the district. Located 14 km from the pastoral townships of Rylstone and Kandos on the Glen Alice road and 3 hours drive from Sydney via Lithgow. Presently just under 100 acres has been sown to grazing oats in 4 different cropping paddocks. The balance of the land is level to undulating grazing land and runs south into a long valley of native and improved grasses. All second cross lambs on Marloo are marketed to exclusive butchers throughout Sydney via wholesale operators. It produces well grown and finished lambs for most of the year and has been managed for the past 8 years with a spring and autumn lambing.
